The TransCargo Solutions platform is free, you must sign up before you can start to use. The TransCargo Solutionsplatform sends notifications with loads that you can book right from your phone through the HouseCall Pro App. Once you book one of the loads, the load is confirmed for you, so please only book loads that you and your carrier are willing to take.

TransCargo Solutions is a free platform that matches carriers with shippers. Carriers can book a load through the HouseCall Pro app, and receive the amount that’s in the app. The app shows you the price the shipper pays for a load and the load details, and with the click of a button, you can book that load! Once you sign up and submit your information, you can download the HouseCall Pro app and book loads right from the app once you’re approved. We will have a TransCargo Solutionsapp coming soon!

You’ll first need to sign up and one of our carrier specialist will reach out to assist with onboarding. To sign up you’ll need to sign our contract, submit your insurance, and provide us your banking information so we can pay you. We are currently working with 53’ Dry Van/Reefer trucks and 26' Straight Trucks-we'll be expanding to more equipment types soon.

We pay carriers within 5 business days of completing delivery of a load, and we are working on getting you paid quicker!

The platform can only be used to book loads by drivers who are authorized to book their own loads on behalf of their carrier. As a carrier, you can sign up, submit your information, and once you’re approved you can add your drivers.
